Disgusting and Pathetic

This is the letter I sent to La Rocca and what transpired : To whom it may concern On the 7th August I had lunch at your branch,I ordered the mexican wrap and enjoyed it thoroughly until I moved a chip and found a hair at which point we called the manager,he then said he has bad eyesight,the manager proceeded to say he cant see it after which we moved the chip to a napkin where he inspected the hair and said it is a mushroom hair and that the dish I ordered has mushrooms-1. the dish does not contain mushrooms 2. he said he cant see well and that is not a human hair but tried convincing us that it is indeed a mushroom hair,after he kept moving the hair and said"hair does not do this". 3. after we said he could have just apologised we received a very arrogant response of an apology. I am sad to say I will never return to your sorry excuse of a restaurant/take-away. The utter disregard of the way your manager handled the situation was beyond pathetic and needs an upgrade. Being in the food industry and not having people s****s to deal with situations like this gives you a very bad reputation and is something that you need to look at and improve which does not seem like its important,or on the top of the list considering the way we were treated.Disgusting and Pathetic is the only words I will use for La Rocca. By the way like the other review the managers name was Taariq.
