Bad service and poor quality food

Hi I went to larocca on the 10April 2018 myself and 10other friends and family to celebrate my nieces graduation.And the manager though he welcomed us so nicely his staff was absolutely lethargic.firstly they served us pizzas as per request and when we were done we placed our orders for the main course we sat there in conversation for 20mins.and even though our plates were all empty and dirty nobody even came to check on us and fetch the dirty plates when after an hour our food came they served it and still haven't taken the dirty plates .well everybody got their food except my kids who ordered pasta as other people were being served my kids had to wait another 30mins.for their food .I was so upset cause almost all our guests was almost finished eating and they still did not get their pasta.But there were three waiters standing around watching tv.No less .how pathetic is that they come to work to watch tv not earn their wage I was very upset and fear that it was my families last time to supper there .it's one thing for food to take long but for the food to be dried out by the warmers is worst my chicken was dry and hard on the outer layer terrible meal ......
