customers thrown out

we ordered 4 meals..2 curries, 2 rotis..and 2 bunnies..25 mins later, the meals haven't arrived.when it did finally arrive, the meals were cold and only half the order was given...we then called the manager and complained about the long delay as we have limited time for our breaks..the curries were served with gravy and 1 bone(rib) my husband was really unhappy with the service and politely requested a refund on his meal..1 of the manager came to us and insisted that my husband eat that meal and will also replace another meal..we did not accept as my husband was not happy with the service completely..another co-manager rudely approached our table and began pointing fingers at my husband and arrogantly stated that he deals with ''PEOPLE LIKE US\ my husband then again explained the poor service and requested a refund so we could leave..the manager threatened my husband to throw him out..as we stood up to leave
