If I could give it 0 start I would. I made an order on the 24th of March for an event on the 7th of May, today is the 12th of May and I have not received my clothes instead the owner is being rude and dismissive, she **** and said she has sent the clothes on the 4th of May and only gave me the waybill on the Monday after the event, when I called the courier to find out when the parcel was sent I found out it was sent on the Sunday of my event at 15:16. She is currently refusing to refund my money and I am no longer interested in any of her clothes even the additional pieces she had made, I am currently persuing a case with the ombudsman because she has went mute on me. Please save yourself the heartaches and try more professional and transparent people.
