Poor Service and Workmanship on Toilet Bowl Replacement

I reported a leak in my toilet to Anton from LA Plumbing and Solar. Upon assessment I noted that the leak was caused by a crack on the toilet bowl (tank). Anton replaced the toilet bowl (tank) with a new one which cost me R650. I then reported to him later on that day that the new toilet bowl he installed was aligned quite far away from the wall and as a result water leaks through from the bowl to the base (seat bowl) and the toilet seat doesn't remain up when I lift it, it falls over. It's been 4 weeks now and Anton hasn't resolved my problem and now he tells me that my whole toilet needs to be replaced. Yet there is no mention of refunding me the R650 and labour I spent for the new bowl in light of his new requirement to buy and install a new toilet. Also this current leak has increased my water consumption. I hope this complaint will assist anyone else from staying away from LA Plumbing and Solar.
