La Playa Standard Dropped to POOR

on Sunday 10th May 2015 a friend and i visited La Playa at the Waterfront. this was our once per Q reunion, we normally spend and afternoon or evening there.<br> This time the food was soo poor i could not eat it...nauseating !<br> a second waitron took our coffee order and made us pay two bills :-(
