Poor Service on Collection Order

My wife ordered two pizzaa over the phone. We were told it was going to be ready in 20 minutes. I got there in. 25 minutes and was told to wait. 30 minutes later the order was still not ready. Apparently it was only started when I arrived. Will not be supporting this business again.
