La-Petit Coffee House and Café in Durban

<p>A groupon voucher was purchased by myself for the La-Petit Coffee House and Café in Durban for my family of four. They seem to be real as when you google them, they do exist and many have reviewed.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Unfortunately, groupon has shut its services to South African customers, however they have informed us, those whom have purchased vouchers have until the actual voucher/s expire.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I have attempted contacting La-Petit Coffee House and Café in Durban to book a reservation but to no avail, from last week. Eventually I get through to the cell number ********** as the landline no one answers ********** on Monday 16.01.2017 an spoke to Nkosi Ndlala( my spelling may be wrong), he was the most unpleasant and unhelpful person I have ever spoken to, he advised me at one point the restaurant has a manager and also doesn't, his manager's name is apparently Amanda, ( quick note for Amanda if you ever get to read this I STILL AWAIT YOUR CALL).</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I refuse to accept my money has been lost and no one seems to help or take responsibility.</p> <p> </p> <p><br /> </p> <p><br /> </p>
