BAD SERVICE AND TERRIBLE ATTITUDE

<p>Received a gift voucher purchased on groupon amounting to R2380. Contacted the Spa for availabilty on Friday/ Saturday, as the voucher expires on the 01st August 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was basically told that they cant accommodate me at all before the 01st August 2016 and I will thus forfeit the cost of R2380. EVEN THOUGH THE VOUCHER ONLY EXPIRES ON THE 01ST AUGUST 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to a lady by the name Emily who was extremely sarcastic and very unhelpful.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I said 'Thank you for not being very helpful', her response was 'It's a pleasure'</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely for this amount of money they could allow one to at least come when they would have availibilty, whether or not it was on the 01st August.</p> <p> </p> <p>This spa should seriously consider closing their doors, if their staff has no way of dealing with clients nor accommodating them. Disgusted in the manor this young lady dealt with me telephonically today.</p> <p> </p> <p>The fine print does not specify by when you should book, however she said, I have to book three weeks before the time??????</p> <p> </p>
