La Perla Restuarant Beach road Sea Point cape Town must be the worst restuarant in cape town

BAD FOOD , BAD SERVICE , SMELLY. they have no WASTE MANAGEMENT IN PLACE AND THEIR RESTUARANT STINKS UP c/o BEACH ROAD and CHURCH STREET continuoiuslu. CAPE TOWN CITY WASTE REMOVAL has to come CLEAN UP , after residents of the area , PAVILION PLACE , MIMOSA complain. the health and cleanliness of this restuarnant is disgusting!!
