very disillustioned of Greenleaf lodge at Bloemfontein

We stayed at Greenleaf Guestlodge on 25th Jan 2025 for 1 night. We booked 2 rooms for 1 night. When we paid the next day, they charged us for 2 nights. We have been trying to get a refund from them, but with no success. When I phone or email them, they just do not respond
