Restaurant Bill on 24 month budget

Went to this place about a year ago. Food and experience was average at best; waited a long time and quality was below average. Just found out that the waiter charged my bill to a “budget “ facility on my credit card. Been paying over R45 pm in charges for a bill of about R900. Balance today was still R447! This beggars belief. Never going back!
