Worst dining experience ever!

We went out for lunch at La Parada V&A waterfront and upon arrival we had to wait 20 minutes before a waiter guided us to our seats, after that it just went downhill. we had ordered our drinks and they only came 1 hour and 30 minutes later, after our food had arrived, on top of that there was no ice and our drinks were lukewarm. My sushi was made but it had sat out for so long that when I received it, it was stale and unfresh.
