Terrible experience
Terrible service, warm drinks and no air ventilation in the flamingo lounge (smoking area). I’ve been to other franchises and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The waiters leave customers unattended ( witnessed 4 tables complaining), tables are left dirty with dishes and cleaned only when a customer requests the table. Drinks take 30 min to arrive. I’m so disappointed, you are not prepared
