Rotten Food

I went to this restaurant last night ar Waterfall Corner in Midrand for the first time coz a friend recommended it. I ordered chicken espetada and it was rotten I complained to the waiter and he took it back to the kitchen and the manager came to apologize and made me another one but to my surprise when I requested for the bill they still charged me and what I know big restaurants like la parada when they make a mistake like selling rotten food to customers the meal becomes free but not with la parada
