La Parada Waterfall Corner - 5 Star

La Parada Waterfall Corner, I am yet to deal with a Restaurant that take their business as serious as these guys. From booking system with one of the best user experience, to following up on your booking (human touch) to a great experience when at the restaurant.

Our first visit was a 5 star experience, followed by a 4.5 out of 5 experience and they wanted to know what dropped the experience (0.5).

I explained to the General Manager Justin D, what had transpired and did say it didn't bother me much. However, he insisted that he wanted to resolve that insignificant issue. Simply because they are a business that seek to deliver a great customer experience.

I believe Justin D's words and trust that his business is about great customer experience.

Based on this enhanced services and follow up we are looking forward to many more experiences there.

Go there and experience great service and customer experience, if you are not happy tell them. I know they will take you seriously.
