La Parada at Melrose Arch

La Parada at Melrose Arch is completely horrible in terms of their service. Waited outside for over 15 minutes and no waiter/staff attended to us, they just walked straight past us. We then asked a waiter to call the manager and the waiter proceeded to ignore us, and once we found the manager we were still not helped.
