Good food, worst service

There's currently a pendamic so most restaurant are short stuffed. When we arrived at la parada on the 11th of July, we had to wait for a good minute at the door to be attended by the waiter and be sanitized. Got our table, we were given book like menus. We called the waiter on a different waiter as our designated one was no where on the floor, wee order starters, prawns which took longer than 30 mins we then ordered our main food only when wee received our starter. We had to ask for drink options since we were not given the drinks menu. We then decided to order sparkling water instead as the options were not clear. The main course arrived and the food was well prepared with stale and hard bread that was hard to chew. We continued to order dessert after and one of our orders was wrongly taken and a red velvet instead of carrot cake arrived which we decided to just accept as we were feeling weary at that stage. We didn't even finish our cakes, paid our full bill with gratuity then left. I'd
