Uf u looking for a place to sleep perfect, if u on Holiday find another place

Beautiful place, but i don't think i have received such a service even at 3 star guest houses, u advertise a laxury room with a 5k special then after checking in u gv a Standard room then when the guest asks u tell them they paid 5k but their package is worth 7k, theres only 2 options for the breakfast and if u don't eat pork u ****ed, i had to even pay R80 for my fruit salad and yogurt at breakfast, the coffee is eveb worse, only 1 person working as a bar tender and waiter, and room service and you have to call on his cell to order, but the guy and housekeeping ladies a friendly just the whole place just feels like a ****, honestly if this was not a gift from my husband would have left Saturday, i was really disappointed
