Incompetency - I need to make a booking and no one answers

i have bought a voucher today and trying to book for my massage.. i have already called the number provided 17 times and no one answers. I want to cancel the booking so that I can get my money back. I don't want to deal with such incompetency before my booking as this is an indication of the reviews i have just read about the company, so I am no longer interested in visiting this place. Please contact me so that I can have my money back.
