Renting issues

my daughter stayed there for a year, make sure to take pictures of how the flat looks before you move in and when you move out. also the parking area as they will deduct money for oil stains even if you are not the only car that park there. water usage for a 1-bedroom flat is is higher than my house with a garden and swimming pool.
