Poor Pathetic Service

We currently in the hotel room 53 and after informining the duty manager Annie about the mould in the bathroom, broken window, water temperature in the bathroom not working, tv not working and because we didn't want to be separated which is why we booked the room in the first place as we are 8 adults attending a wedding tomorrow . Annie told us it's either we check out or we don't they do not have a maintenance guy that will come today to fix the window. They sent a housekeeping lady and a bar lady to do maintenance which they barely even knew about. Annie opted to refund us less 20% on the amount of our deposits paid long in advance and kick us out of the hotel instead of offering dinner as the other manager did. Annie is arrogant and I now demand a full refund for our stay as I have not even received any form of apology from any of the staff members that came to see the issues in the room.
