Bad service

i have order clothing from her and she said that she will deliver in a time period, i waited a month longer for it and i only received half of my order then she paid the rest back, my problem is that the clothing came second hand and after very long discussions about the size of the clothing she still send me the package with the wrong size. i have tried to talk with her and now she doesnt want to take responsibility for it and blames her supplier, if she is the agent she is suppose to see to it that it goes out perfect. she has blocked me on all communication levels so i cant discuss anything with her,
