The nail techs are extremely sweet and welcoming but regrettably I went in to do my nails yesterday and left with nails that looked like the gel had already grown out and the gel started chipping off not even 3 hours later. Some of my nails were filed down in a skew angle so they don't even look straight. The one nail was pretty much half painted. I messaged the salon and have had no reply. This is absolutely horrific service and management/the owner not coming back to a dissatisfied customer is also highly unprofessional, don't bother wasting your hard earned money to do your nails here as they won't own up to their mistakes they rather just not respond and ignore you. Also the prices advertised on the salon window are not the prices that are charged in the actual salon which is false advertising. It's a day later and 3 of my nails have chipped gel polish.

Highly ********* conduct from the owner of La Luna Beauty Salon. I would suggest that you remember that happy customers are what build your business. Not responding to a dissatisfied customer says enough about your company morals and values.
