La Loggia disgusting

Our 1 night stay was totally disgusting when we checked in we found dirty stained bedding sheets, after complaining to the owner, who was not really interested, she sent someone to change the sheets which looked like they came out of the wash basket. It was late so we went to sleep only to see in the morning that these sheets also had dirty stains in them We felt sick with the thought of having dirty sheets and left not even staying for the breakfast which was paid for.. when contacting the owner later by what's app, she eventually offered to refund half the cost which we ignored. A total disgrace.
