Horrible Holiday Place

We booked for 3 nights in the self catering apartments. On the website it mentions braai and swimming pool facilities, got there and couldn't braai... No braai.. Pool not available in apartment. You have to drive to the B&B to swim... Very unpleasant. I had to go purchase a basin plug as I couldn't wash my 4 month old babys bottles. The kettle was filthy and after I washed it, to boil water for my son's bottles the whole floor was full of water, kettle was broken and leaking, I complained and got a new kettle probably taken from another unit and it was just as dirty... We could not make any breakfast, pan was still full of old food etc, really disgusting. We ended up having to go out to restaurants to eat, so much for self catering. There were only 2 glases in cupboard and we were 3 adults. We complained and were told oh sorry they are busy renovating and spring cleaning... How does anyone put someone else in a place like that if you are busy spring cleaning.... Tiles broken in sitting room, a loose carpet was just placed over it. The sliding door lock is broken, so at night can't lock it only has like a stupid door hook which the *****s barely held on to the wall.... Not very safe. The gates didn't close properly at the ba*****t where you park, lift was out of order most of the time. Stairs are complicated as you have to go down one flight and then walk to the opposite side to go down another passage to reach the car... First day we were there, a guy staying there in the apartment permanently just got ****** at the lift, told us to be safe as the suspect apparently came through the front and signed in at security... We just wanted to go home, was a horrible experience and messed up our whole holiday.
