Worst Service

After going to this restaurant so many times when family visits PE, i experienced real bad service today & will never go there or would never encourage my family & friends to eat there... So we ordered two milkshakes strawberry and chocolate. The chocolate milkshake did not even taste like a milkshake tasted like they threw the whole bottle of bitter syrup in it. I then ask the waiter if she could change it to a vanilla as i did not enjoy the milkshake and tasted by 3 others with sips they even said it doesnt taste like a milkshake. The waiter came back saying MIKE said you have to pay for a vanilla one if you want a vanilla one, i then asked if i could have my money back as the milkshakes were R36 for them... and the White lady working over there said straight i will not get my money back and thqt i should never order the milkshake again... Well, i was shocked and wasnt a satisfied customer... I would never order anything from them again
