Bad service at La Joya conference and wellness

La joya spa has the worst service, we had a 3pm appointment, arrived there 15 min earlier with my friends. There was 4 of us, 2 got attended and myself and the other friend we were told by one of the the****** that another the****** will fetch us just now. We waited for 30 min until we complained at the reception.

The receptionist didn't even apologize for the delay and inconvenience that was caused and no one actually did. They lack business etiquette.

The lodge has good amneties but this experience has changed my perception about the place. Due to the fact that the was this time delay, I was late for a business function.

I won't recommend their spa to anyone.
