Bad experience

Terrible experience! When arriving we were told there no power , finally the generator was switched on. Thereafter the power was switched on and off for the next two days for hours at a time. When there was power there was no wifi and the phone didn't work. The number on the website isn't even their number. The staff wasn't helpful at all when complaints were made. Last straw , they decided to switch off the power at night (NO AIRCON !!!) with it being extremely hot and mosquitoes everywhere . Bat got into the room from the gap in the roof and they weren't big on helping ! Landed up leaving at 3am and no one has contacted us to even ask why . Disappointing considering the price !
