Bad customer service

My daughter needed a suit for her graduation, so she found this store online. They are based in Northriding. She ordered the red suit, and when she received it, it was too tight. I took the suit back for adjustment. The lady promised to make adjustments and took the correct size but to my surprise, the lady just took part of the material inside and returned the suit. They said they do not adjust the size or give your money back. That time i drove from Pretoria to Northriding for them to do the measurement correctly and she promised to adjust the suit. The service was too bad. I had to buy another suit for her graduation. I will never support this store.
