The worst medical aid service I have ever come across

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am currently sitting in the admissions lounge of the hospital and I am unwell and have been waiting for over an hour because La Health will not approve my submission without a treatment plan from my doctor,the reason is have been admitted because I am not well and need tests done and only the results of those tests will provide a treatment plan . La Health takes R5000 of my money every month like clock work but has the most pathetic service I have ever come across and I cannot wait to cancel my membership with them and change medical aid company because this treatment is absolutely ridiculous.
