Terrible service. Pregnant and punished for nonsense

I'm pregnant, on medical aid which is being paid every month, and as of the third month of the year I can't even take my essential preggie vitamins that help my baby grow over the counter because LA Health decided to allocate a small portion of the thousands of rands we pay to them for over the counter without even notifying us. There's still alot of money in the savings account but we can't even use it for what we need. When speaking to one of their managers he said they had decided to experiment and implement because there were people in Mangaung who had abused their over the counter benefit... Mind you I stay in Johannesburg so I don't know why I should be punished for a city I'm not associated with. I'm pregnant and need my medical aid to give me the support I need from a medical aid which gets paid every month.
