ridiculous shortfall for emergency procedure

I am so disgusted with la health,i had an emergency c/s on the 5/12/2018 while my original booked date was 24/12/2018,only 52% of the gynae/surgeon claim was paid,so im left to fock out R4900 myself..i know the gynae was not on their network but the procedure being an emergency they were supposed to pay in full..i had a rough pregnancy and la health is making things even worse now.
