removal of dependent

LA Health has removed one of my dependents without consent, my daughter has been removed from the medical aid without informing me and without my consent. i have tried several times to get to someone who can give me a reason why, but i have been sent from pillar to post and no one can really give me an answer. i was later told that i need to speak to their forensic department which is impossible to get through to. i have been waiting for someone from that department to contact me but nothing has happened . this has been since February 2019
