Refund

I have a problem, i was involved in an IOD on february 2012 and i used my medical aid to pay, so this year my employer contacted me that they want to refund me but they will have to pay it back to my medical aid, which im no longer with them, i contacted the medical aid and explained to them, and they told me if the money was paid from my savings then the refund will be paid back to me. They checked and saw that it has to be sent back to me, i send them all the details regarding the incindents, Deidre promised that the money will be paid to me once they received it. The money has been paid last month and i have been trying to get hold of Deidre and she is been avoiding my calls and not responding to my mails. what i want is my refund.
