Poor Service for Black People

I joing the Medical Aid in 2019 August the 1st and ordered an extra card for my child then (since he is not staying with me) since then I have been calling and calling trying to get the card.

Now my Child is leaving to stay in Cape Town far away from me and I called on the 24th for the Card and only to be given an incorrect or deceiving Courrier number of FedEx (whomst are very difficult to even find on google) and being told I will receive the card in or before the 3rd which I constantly called this FedEx company. They informed me that the card was not delivered to them for dispatching to me. Long story short, I don’t have a card and still like from 2019 no one bothers to call me and explain. I somehow believe if I wasn’t BLACK the card could’ve been delivered to me in 2019. WE ARE REALLY UNDERPRIVILEGED AND EXPLOITED!
