Passed from pillar to post!!!!

I am absolutely livid. First I get told that we have exhausted our over the counter medication. When I phone to query, I am told that I can only get meds via scripts now and it has to be scheduled 3 and up. So my son and I both get scripts because we are both not well at all, and upon trying to get our scripts, we are told that everything except the antibiotics has levies charged on it. Now I can't get any of the nebs and meds we need because I don't have a cent to my name. I tried to phone, waiting over 15 minutes on the call for a staff member to check with her supervisor, only to run out of airtime. I am fuming because I can not afford to land up in hospital or to have my son land in hospital just because we can't get the meds we need because of levies. i then tried to email and was told i have to log it online. Only to see that i am blocked out on line so can't log it there either and it just refers back to call which used up all my airtime to begin with. so how on earth is someone suppose to get any help when you are just past from pillar to post!!!!! Need urgent assistance. Call me back urgently please!!!!!!!!
