Not paying my doctor as discussed

Hi<br> <br> Before my wife gave (natural) birth I phoned La Health for a reference number as required, I also spoke to the person regarding reference details for what I would have to do if by some odd chance my wife has to go in for a cesarean. <br> <br> I was never ever told that I will have to pay for the cesarean and now they are refusing to pay the gynecologist for that portion of the procedure. <br> <br> I am a La Health Customer since 2011 and have been paying my fees diligently and have never had a problem with the medical aid since 2011, soon I will be paying for three members on this medical aid.<br> <br> If this matter is not resolved you will be loosing my family as your members as soon as we can move over to the medical aid service providers at my wife's work place who comes highly recommended.<br> <br> Regards<br>
