LA health medical scheme is a ****mer. MSA changed without its clients authorization and they are left to see to finish. Introducing R4.500.00 limit on over counter medication for the whole year for people with dependents on their medical aids and when asked what do now that they have decided to change my benefits without my authorization as a customer that is paying their premiums every month without fail. I am told to use my CASH. Iyo!!! LA health you are such a ****MER!!! My wife is pregnant and she can even get her vitamins and Panado only.... iyo.... after I have been paying you for 15 years. What must happen for my 4 dependents with R4,500.00 for the whole year. SUCH BAD SERVICE to your customers. You telling me about board of directors, where are they when we pay you month after month.
