LA Health refusing to send Authorization Letter

Medical aid refused to send me an authorization letter that was done on the 20 Apr 23. I spoke to Thobeka yesterday, and she said she had sent it. Unfortunately, the email did not come through probably cause of the network. I called today and I was transferred to Robin who said she cannot send it because the new law does not allow it unless my son calls personally. The new law is stupid cause I was allowed to apply for the authorization code when my son was admitted. As a recent member, I never found joy with LA Health.
