LA HEALTH MEDICAL SCHEME FAILURE

My husband Rashaad Gierdien was admitted to Vincent Pilloti Emergency , for Erectile Bleeding on the 07.10.2019, with excruciating pain. He was treated in emergency for the pain, and they did a few test. He was then to be admitted to stay 1/2 nights but our medical aid rejected that application. We fail to understand why, as the person/ administrator assisting us is not a qualified nurse/ Doctor, but a Hospital Benefit Administrator. His surname was Kholani, The problem / issue we are faced with is, why are we paying for Medical Funds, we are going to be rejected for any treatment required? Is it then not useless to have medical aid. We are disappointed in this matter and would like it resolved immediately / action to be taken by our medical aid scheme. We also would like to advise you that we will be reporting this situation to the newspapers or any platform available to us, as this Medical aid Failure to assist there paying clients. I would like urgent response regarding this matter, my husband is at home today in extreme pain, and we want our medical aid to cover any issues that we face when attending hospital. We need our medical aid support when contacted, and our medical aid is really failing at supporting us when most needed
