LA HEALTH charging deceased people for health insurance.

My father passed away on the 10th of October this year. We informed LA health about his passing and sent them his death certificate and ID several times. They came back with a response that they need a letter of executorship to release any information. *******. I see they deducted the full premium (over R5k) at the beginning of November even after receiving the death certificate. It is a DISGRACE how LA Health is charging deceased people for health insurance. DISGUSTING.
