LA HEALTH: A NIGHTMARE AND SHOULD BE CANCELLED!

I am 34 weeks pregnant and a few weeks ago my gynaecologist app**** for additional out of hospital visits due to the fact that I have gestational diabetes. The application was completed and approved under Type 2 diabetes but the visits were not approved or rejected.

The receptionist called and was advised that I am the only one who can request the additional visit. I called and spoke to Chantall on 31 May 2024 who confirmed that the turnaround time is 1-2 working hours. I received no feedback and I called back today, actually this morning the same answer and still no feedback. I have an appointment at 15h00 today and it is 13h50 with no feedback.

I tried calling and I cannot seem to be transferred through to the right department.
