I am extremely disappointed with the services of LA Health. Firstly they have an over the counter limit. Then they also subject vaccinations for babies in the same over the counter limit. My question is how is it an over the counter medication. Why can’t the MSA be used or the day-to-day be used!!! We pay medical aid for convenience and easy access to better healthcare. This!!! This is definitely not it!

I’m actually going to change it! Them reviewing their options and increasing the limit doesn’t actually help with anything! I don’t pay medical aid to actually have a limit on healthcare!
