Extremely disappointed
I have been a member of the scheme for the past 4 years and i have never been disappointed and happy with scheme until recently.
I changed my beneficiaries on my medical aid 3 Month ago and asked the company to issue me new cards, as my 1st born child's school requires a learner to have medical aid, i than was told by one of the consultants that the cards will be issued and i will receive them with in 3 weeks.
After the 3 weeks i still hadn't received the cards, i tried to call the medical aid again and i was given a membership certificate but i informed the scheme that my son's school whose in bording school refused it and required a card,
I kept calling the scheme and was told that the card will be sent to my work place, i spoke to a lady called Emmy, who told me the cards have been sent to me and i will receive the cards before the school open, but poorly i didnt receive the cards, with call reference no. ( ********** 1192), i called again Monday the 08/10/2018 and spoke to Cindi Tutuka call reference ( ********** 084) who told me that the cards were only sent on Friday the 5th of October 2018, i spoke to Siyo Mehlwana Reference ( ********** 142) who told me i will receive the cards within 5 workings days coz the cards were sent on Saturday i than today spoke to Corline Lmon Reference ( ********** 429) whom i asked for the waybill number so i can track the currier myself and who informed me that the address i gave them didnt have a company name thats why the delay and no one i have ****ken too had informed me about that, my son is now missing school and by the way she is the manager (Corline Lmon) told she will call me back but still hasn't
I believe this is my last resort to get an answer in this regard as i cannot afford for my son to miss a whole week of school.
