Endless Application Frustration!

Absolutely disgusted with the service we received from LA Health! They are slow to complete applications, promising that an application will be completed within 3 business days and after 10 business days they are still coming back to us with more issues! Had to call in multiple times to get updates on an application as they do not keep you in the loop! Waiting 24 hours for progress after each single little nitty-gritty "mistake" that they pick up and need to rectify. Absolute poor workmanship from their side and even though my application for medical aid has still not been finalized, i am definitely not looking forward to dealing with them in the future!
