Don’t use this medical aid

I left the medical aid 9 months, according to the medical aid I owed them 10k, made a payment arrangement. Forgot to pay the last two months, the never sent a reminder email or a phone call. Then listed me at the credit bureau, the worst medical aid, always paying in and never covers anything.
