continuation of billing while my medical is cancel

I have cancelled my medical by 31 August 2015 but till today R1424.40 is still been taken by La health on my salary. I have made several calls to La health they have even send me a confirmation of cancellation but they continue stilling money from my account. the sad part of the story is that every time when I tried to use the medical im told my medical is cancelled. two weeks ago I was told my money will be sent back to my employer on the 24 of November 2015 but to my surprise another deduction has been done on the 25 of November 2015. please somebody help me to deal with this *****.
