AUTHORIZATION FOR SPINE OPERATION

January this year my Dr, Orthopedic Surgeon submitted a request for additional Spine operation that I need urgently but they continued to decline and their reasons are just useless, they needed motivations of which my Dr did submit but they still continue to decline,

I was badly injured in 2018, 1st operation done in 2019 and pains are growing day by day, I'm paying my subscriptions without any interruptions, I'm getting angry as I am the one experiencing these unforgiving back pains.
