Botched Broken Hair

After using the salon when advertised on Wiki Deals, I returned to the salon for the same colour treatment 6 weeks later - used the same stylist, Melissa & left with my hair feeling hard & unmanageable - my hair started falling out & breaking in various sections thereafter & had to cut & treated for excessive damage. Upon returnung to the salon, the owner advised on returning for my next treatment when my roots were again due & using coconut oil on my hair. Rather odd as I had to walk around with breaking hair & fork out myself on products to fix their mess. No offer of compensation or treatment was offered & when my hair became worse I was unable to reach the owner who does not return calls. Poor salon with inexperienced staff & poor products.
